A system shaped by
your business.
Your people
Who does the work and who needs oversight.
Your process
The steps, handovers and decisions that matter.
Your rules
The checks and reminders that keep work moving.
Your tools
The systems you already rely on.
Agreed scope. Built together. Subscription after delivery.
Your workflow
sets the brief.
Standard SaaS is designed for a broad audience. Your business may have a different way of approving work, dividing responsibilities or moving information between teams.
When those differences turn into spreadsheets, repeated data entry and manual follow-ups, we build a system around the process you actually need.
Capture the right information
Forms, records and workspaces organised around your business, with the fields your team needs.
Make the next step clear
Roles, approvals, status rules and reminders that help people know what to do and when.
Connect the work
Bring information across teams or connect existing systems, so the same work does not need to be entered twice.
Real workflows.
Specific software.
Two examples of what happens when the business process shapes the system.

Freight oversight & operational reminders
See what needs attention.
Act before delays become costly.
Give managers a shared view of which jobs need attention, who is responsible and which important actions remain outstanding.
Operators can keep cargo availability, customs progress, delivery arrangements, free-time dates and empty-container follow-ups in context. Dashboard reminders and optional daily email summaries bring unresolved work to the surface.
What needs attention?
A shared view for managers.
A focused worklist for operators.
Cargo available. Container still at the wharf.
Follow up on collection arrangements.
Storage starts. Customs still pending.
Review clearance and the next action.
Empty-collection notice still outstanding.
Follow up with the responsible operator.
Illustrative workflow based on supported reminder conditions.
Keep oversight practical
Managers can review company-wide work, while operators focus on their assigned and covered jobs. Responsibilities and handovers stay visible.
Bring important actions forward
Surface missing delivery orders, outstanding cargo reports and undeclared customs near arrival, alongside collection and empty-container follow-ups.
Reduce avoidable cost risk
Keep storage start dates, free time and the last free day in view. Timely follow-up helps reduce the risk of avoidable storage and container detention charges.
The custom fit: reminders follow the freight workflow and the person responsible, so oversight is connected to the work that needs doing.

Multi-stop distribution
Load together.
Deliver by stop.
Multi-stop distribution without pre-packing every destination’s order.
The warehouse prepares a combined load. Drivers use an item-by-item delivery list to select and confirm the quantities required at each stop, without needing a separate delivery pack for every destination.
For workflows such as food distribution and pharmacy replenishment, this can reduce destination-specific packing at the warehouse and unpacking at the receiving business—saving handling time and making quantities easier to check.
One combined load.
Three delivery stops.
| Delivery run | Item A | Item B |
|---|---|---|
| Combined pickup | 30 | 20 |
| Store A | 5 | 4 |
| Store B | 10 | 6 |
| Store C | 15 | 10 |
Pickup totals are calculated from each destination’s requirements. Drivers receive a clear item list for every stop.
Less warehouse packing
Prepare goods against the combined pickup quantities. Reduce the work of splitting and packing separate destination orders before collection.
Less unpacking on arrival
Hand over the items and quantities required at each location, reducing the extra steps of opening destination packs and sorting their contents.
Clearer quantity checks
Check pickup totals against stop requirements. Record actual deliveries, exceptions and returns so discrepancies can be followed up.
From the warehouse to the last stop
1. Plan quantities
Record the items each destination needs.
2. Prepare the load
Use the combined pickup summary.
3. Deliver by stop
Select and confirm the required quantities.
4. Check the outcome
Review delivery evidence and exceptions.
Supporting the whole operation: Web, Excel and partner API order entry, dispatch, a dedicated driver app and proof of delivery support the Multi-stop workflow. Direct Taxi Truck delivery is also available.
The custom fit: the software follows how goods are actually distributed, making the pickup, each handover and the final quantity check part of one workflow.
What would your workflow look like?
These examples come from logistics. The same approach starts with your business: understand the work, agree on the rules and build the system around them.
Build what’s missing.
Connect what you already use.
Support for your existing systems, as well as the ones we build.
Odoo customisation
Make your existing Odoo setup work more closely with your processes. Tailored modules, fields, workflows and integrations can support the steps your standard setup does not cover.
We review your current setup and agree on the required changes before development.
Standalone projects quoted separately.
API & data integration
Keep your existing platform as the system of record. We can read the agreed information, support the work in a connected system and push updates back through APIs, webhooks or scheduled transfers.
For example: pull orders from your existing platform and return agreed processing or delivery updates. You retain control of the main record while the tools exchange the information they need.
Standalone projects quoted separately.
Low-cost SMS support
Add affordable SMS notifications, reminders and operational updates where they help your workflow. Relevant messages can keep people informed without another manual phone call.
SMS and the third-party services agreed for your system are included in its subscription fee.
